Your tasks:

  • Classification and clarification of customer inquiries
  • Initial consultation and responding to commercial customer inquiries
  • Support of our field sales force (quotation, follow-up)
  • Administrative customer support
At Inside Sales, our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service. We form the interface between them and various departments of the company. This includes all of our sales staff, of course, but we are also in close contact with our development department.

Your profile:

  • Commercial or technical education with business background
  • Customer orientation and good communication skills
  • Structured and efficient way of working
  • High motivation and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German is mandatory, further language skills are an advantage.
